Passport Payment Options for Madrid, Barcelona and Seville:


Below are the three available passport payment options for Madrid, Barcelona and Seville. Please contact the Embassy for up-to-date passport prices, as prices are subject to monthly changes.

Payment Option one: In cash in the Australian Embassy Madrid. We do not accept credit cards nor personal cheques. This option is only available in the Australian Embassy Madrid, and not in the Australian Honorary Consulates in Barcelona or Seville. Should you need to attend an interview in Barcelona or Seville, payment should be made by option two or three beforehand; you should present proof of payment at the interview.

Payment Option two: ‘Giro Postal’ through any Spanish post office. The ‘giro’ must be made out to the Australian Embassy Madrid and must include the words ‘Passports Fee’ and the applicant’s name.

Payment Option three: Via any BANKINTER branch. The fee should be paid into the Australian Embassy Account, Account no. 0128/0038/18/0103420103, stating the words ‘Passports Fee’, and the applicant’s name. Mail with your application or present in Barcelona or Seville a copy of the bank transfer.
